Our body has the built in ability to rid itself of toxins, but in today's world, our bodies are overwhelmed and unable to keep up with large amounts of toxins we incur daily.  Everything from processed foods, to chemicals in our food/air/water supply, and even prescription medication, contribute to the toxic load our bodies are forced to deal with.  Unfortunately, for many people their bodies cannot keep up and toxins begin to accumulate in the body.  Although exposure to toxins is inevitable, minimizing your exposure is the key to allowing your body to function the way it is designed to.
